PROJECT AIMS
The Project aims at combating
discriminations suffered by victims of trafficking – in their majority migrant
women – protecting and claiming for their fundamental rights and creating
appropriate conditions for their social and labor integration. Through this
Project, the following specific objectives are sought:
Claim for and protect the victims’
fundamental rights;
Curtail difficulties in accessing
trafficked persons;
Create conditions for the
coordinated, comprehensive and effective support and empowerment of victims of
trafficking, in order for them to smoothly reintegrate into society and the
labor market;
Combat and prevent trafficking;
Modify attitudes and perceptions
towards trafficked persons and formulate a spirit of solidarity within society
at large.
